Fiberless Rice Papers

When using rice paper it is always advisable to apply it onto a light colour surface to preserve the clarity of the image. Our fiberless paper is especially good for portraits as there are no fibers to spoil the face. 

Rice paper becomes semi translucent when it is glued to your project. 

If your end project is going to be a dark colour you can blend that around the image afterwards. 

Use mod podge or similar, paint glue onto surface and lightly spray back of paper with water this will make it easier to get straight and give you more time to move it around. It is a lot stronger than tissue so you can move it around easier. 

Work in strips don't try and glue it all down at once. Use a screwed up plastic bag or plastic wrap to smooth over the surface as you go, this helps to get any air bubbles out.
